Healing is something that is often talked about in big picture conceptual ways. For someone like me with a practical brain, I often struggled understanding how to heal the pain and wound parts of me when a healer or therapist would highlight my unhealed parts.
I never found anyone who could zoom in the healing process and give me actionable steps to healing beyond broad statements like:
“You have to forgive yourself.”
“Just breathe when you feel anxious.”
“Let the past hurts go.”
“You have to overcome your circumstances.”
Trying these never seemed to work. I found myself receiving clarity and deeper understanding to my pain and traumas which was great, but, it was not enough for me. I needed solutions to know what to do about it.
I needed to know HOW to heal, not just WHAT to heal.
When I began my work as a healer over 15 years ago, I made it my mission to figure out how to make healing practical in a lasting and sustainable way.
Working with different healers along our journey is great and beneficial, however, self-healing is the key to permanent healing.
I created this workshop 3 Steps to Self-Healing to teach you how to heal yourself while still being grounded in the reality of your life and your experiences.

Letting go of fear: deepening your backbend practice with Kyra Weinberger
Join Kyra for a two-hour backbend workshop delving into the balance of strength and surrender that will allow more depth. We will find the emotional release that heart openers can offer and the ability to keep awareness. New Years Celebration - Ashtanga Remix Class with Pranayama & Guided Meditation
Ashtanga Remix brings a fresh approach linking breath and movement as you build a foundation to start the new year. This practice will challenge you to balance discipline and creativity, while maintaining the foundational elements that make Ashtanga Yoga. Your 90 minute Ashtanga remix will be immediately followed by a 30 minute guided meditation designed to facilitate reflection, stimulate visualization, and set intentions for the coming year. This will be a combined effort between Emily Cox and Kyra Weinberger.
