Join us for a special new year celebration class! Featuring Ashtanga Remix asana, pranayama, and meditation.
Ashtanga Remix brings a fresh approach linking breath and movement as you build a foundation to start the new year. This practice will challenge you to balance discipline and creativity, while maintaining the foundational elements that make Ashtanga Yoga. Your 90 minute Ashtanga remix will be immediately followed by a 30 minute guided meditation designed to facilitate reflection, stimulate visualization, and set intentions for the coming year. This will be a combined effort between Emily Cox and Kyra Weinberger.
