We will find the emotional release that heart openers can offer and the ability to keep awareness. Lastly, work through different exercises and drills to allow practice long after the workshop is over.
Throughout the workshop, participants will delve into a series of progressive backbending sequences tailored to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Through expert guidance and hands-on adjustments, attendees will learn proper alignment techniques, breath control, and mental strategies to release tension and fear associated with backbends.
