Ashtanga Basics Duo Lingua
Saturdays: 8:30-9:30 am
Introductory Ashtanga class that focuses on the fundamentals, ensuring that you build a strong foundation in the key elements of the practice: the tristhana (breath, asana, and drishti) and foundational postures of the Primary series, taught in Spanish and English.
Breath & Sound
First Wednesdays: 2-3 pm
A breathing practice and singing bowl meditation with Andy. Simple and transformative, discover the potential for profound transformation through breath and sound. Go deeper into breath and discover a more loving and profound sense of belonging and connection to yourself and others.
Flow & Yin Restore
Fridays: 7-8 pm
Saturdays: 1:15-2:15 pm
Sundays: 6:30-7:30 pm
Starts with a short improv flow to elevate and prepare your body for a deeper exploration into the body's skeletal, soft tissue, and organ systems. Feel refreshed and promote natural healing and ease.

Ashtanga for Life
Mondays: 12-1 pm
Great for all ages and abilities. Practices to improve your posture, release trigger points and tension, build functional strength, and experience the essence of Ashtanga yoga in a supportive and sacred space. With a focus on the 8 limbs of yoga, starting with the tristhana: the breath, asana, and drishti.
Ecstatic Yoga
First Fridays: 7:30-9 pm
Doors open at 5 for gospel church yoga - connect with and nurture your highest self in an immersive movement, sound and light journey to the deep within, featuring: Emma, DJ; Danielle, Lighting; Caroline, Movement.
Half & Half
Mondays: 6-7:30 pm
Primary asanas through Navasana (boat pose) then to Pashasana (noose, 1st pose of 2nd series) through EkaPada (leg behind the head) and closing sequence. Some Ashtanga experience recommended but modifications will be offered.
Ashtanga Basics + Mysore Self Practice
Monday-Thursdays: 7-9 am
Led Ashtanga Basics class 7-8 focusing on the tristhana and foundational Primary series postures, where Mysore practitioners are also welcome to do a self-led practice. Doors open at 6:00 am with individual attention from Kyra after the led Basics portion.

Pranayama + Contact Improv
Fridays: 9-10 am
This class blends pranayama (breath control) with contact improvisation, combining inner awareness with fluid, interactive movement. Through breathwork and responsive motion, we cultivate presence, trust, and creative expression, leaving you grounded and open.
Mysore + Chanting
Fridays: 7-9 am
Self-paced Ashtanga practice with personalized teacher guidance, suitable for all levels, fostering focus and steady progress. Practice at your own pace with personalized instruction in the traditional Ashtanga method, and Kyra will captivate you with her chanting on Fridays.
Progressive Ashtanga Yoga Lab
