  1. Balanced Sequencing: The class thoughtfully integrates postures from the Primary, Intermediate, and Advanced Series. You’ll experience the foundational strength and detoxification of the Primary Series, the energetic and nerve-cleansing benefits of the Intermediate Series, and the advanced strength and flexibility challenges of the Advanced Series. This balanced approach ensures a holistic and well-rounded practice.

Breath and Movement Synchronization: Emphasis is placed on the synchronization of breath (Ujjayi Pranayama) with movement (vinyasa), maintaining the meditative flow that is central to Ashtanga yoga. This breath-focused practice enhances your physical endurance and mental clarity, helping you stay present and connected throughout the session.

  3. Comprehensive Asanas: You will be guided through a diverse range of postures, from Sun Salutations and standing poses to deep backbends, arm balances, and intricate hip openers. Jesse’s extensive training includes extensive Ashtanga workshop training with a variety of masters teachers (including David Williams, David Swenson, David Garrigues, and Kino MacGregor). She studies Classical Tantra as a student of Christopher Wallis, PhD, the world’s foremost recognized Classical Tantric scholar, as well as being employed for his online learning platform, Tantra Illuminated.
